Description

Myth as Math abstract 6: outlining the thesis introduced in God's Shadow (Feb 2004) and expanded in Shrouded in Scripture (March 2004) that the images on the Shroud of Turin were primitively described in the Gospels as "angels" and that the Resurrection was merely a deduction based on those images (accounting both for the 'sightings' of "the risen Christ" and the widespread diffusion of Christianity). Issued originally December 2008 at Letters Bookshop, Toronto.
